Met the folks (and the walls are still standing)/
It was good to go home and see the folks. Ate too much, as usual, but the BMI target is still well within reasonable sight.
No "Meet the Folks" scenarios played out over the weekend, general relief all around. Not that I was expecting anything like that, of course. Mum has gone all mellow lately and is probably just glad to have me taken off her hands! I think good impressions were made and I did not have to do any awkward mediating at all.
Date determined ... now to put it into motion! Simple, no frills ceremony. And yet, and yet ... there are a million things to think about and do!
