I worked last night... then went to the gym and worked out:
Elliptical = 1 hour = 4.5 miles
Abs.
Tricep extension machine = 3 sets of 20 at 60#, 75# and 90# then 1 set of 15 at 105# and 1 set of 5 at 120#.
Bicep curls with a barbell = 3 sets of 10 at 35#.
Then I came home and watched the last 2 dvds of the first season of LOST.
T-I-R-E-D.
