...through my alarm and had a later workout than I wanted, but a good workout nonetheless.
Elliptical = 1 hour = 4.5 miles.
Abs.
Push ups = 3 sets of 20.
Today I concentrated on chest, shoulders and back.
Seated rows = 3 sets, on of 35# (20), 45#(20) and 60#(10).
Shoulder Press with dumbbells = 3 sets, 1 of 20 and 2 of 10 at 15#.
Chest press with machine = 2 sets of 20 at 60#, 75# = 1 set of 15 at 90# = 1 set of 6 at 105#.
I had a bowl of Brown Cow plain yogurt with granola and strawberries for breakfast... TASTY.
Now off to bed I go since I work tonight and tomorrow night = blah.
