Would I go so far as to say that the Prom was eventful?
Well, about as eventful as any other event. It's just lucky that at least some people had sense enough not to make idiots of themselves. Getting drunk is a bad side effect of alcohol, not the aim of drinking it. Drinks have unique flavors; learn to appreciate them. Though it seemed that some people didn't even need alcohol to be stupid, whether they were wearing second-rate outfits, or threatening people's eyeballs.
No word from my gift-giver. I suppose it must have been that girl after all, and now that Prom is over, she's decided to resume her worthless ordinary life.
And speaking of gifts, I'm making it known now: my birthday is in July, not June. Leaving things in my locker a month early is not 'close enough'.
