I am considering getting my own car. Yes, this would require me to learn how to drive properly, but that doesn't strike me as too difficult. I know the basics, and my current driver has started turning up late when I need him, so obviously I need a new arrangement.

Does anyone actually drive themselves around the city nowadays?

It's a very rare occasion that I've used the subway, but when I have, it's always been ridiculously packed and almost asphyxiating. I avoid it for the most part.

As for bicycles, I'm not too keen on them. I don't much like the idea of arriving at school panting and sweating after a long trip. No; I will always travel by car. It's just a matter of who the driver is.
