Whoever it was that bumped me in the hallway and spilled their drink on me, I have just one message: you are very lucky that happened at the end of the day and not the beginning. Did they say anything to you, like an apology?

How would you plan on getting to class if you are not using the hallways when everyone else is?

He did apologise, but one of those hurried, obligatory, 'Oh, sorry's right before rushing off again.

If using the halls becomes any more hazardous, then who knows? I could sacrifice some class time and arrive after everybody else has already gone, or the other way around and I could arrive earlier. As long as more substances don't get spilled on me, I'm fine.

At least he acknowledged it. It would have been really rude to just pretend it hadn't happened. (Besides, what else do you say other than sorry?)

It's not that bad out there. It will probably never happen again anyways!

Oh, indeed. If he hadn't said anything, I would have followed him and made him say something. Still, my annoyance is that this happened at all. If people are clumsy, they should be the ones to suffer because of it, not me.

If someone is clumsy, they probably do suffer because of it. It's not as if it's a lot of fun or anything...
