Ach, I should wait for flingslass to post first, I'm sure (sorry!), but this fic had me grinning so wide--largely for Lorne spends a moment silently weighing the two against each other: frozen yogurt. Fully-charge ZPM. Frozen yogurt. It’s a lot closer than it would have been a year ago. Absolutely priceless!! And I love the behind-the-scenes feel here, two secondary characters just doin' the kind of ordinary stuff you never think about. Lovely!! ;)

And I just realized that I'm not sure how things shifted. I'm guessing being stuck on a base in a different galaxy gives you a new appreciation for the simple things in life, but it's probably been hammered into everyone's heads how important a charged ZPM is.

I give Rodney about another day and a half before he realises he's a hero. And I so love that Dr Z would keep it from him.
