[Draco looks rather scared, actually, at this little surprise. It's been an while since he's had to deal with Irial. Or anything, really.

[So when he replies, it's a bit choked out.] Wasn't aware you had left.

No? How disappointing.

[Smiles around the end of his cigarette, tipping his head back as he exhales smoke]

[his breath catches, and he clears his throat abruptly.] Certainly, I hadn't seen you round in a while...thought you'd...moved on.

Most people don't expect to come back after they leave. I can't imagine why your house would be unoccupied.

With my adoptive father. I still find Espoir a rather cozy place, much to my own surprise.
