Scott Peterson has been found GUILTY of murder in the first degree of the killing of his wife, Laci Peterson. He has also been found GUILTY of murder in the second degree in the killing of his unborn baby that was to be named Conner. Special circumstances are allowed in the decision during the punishment phase. He could face the death penalty based on those said special circumstances.
