::As he did every so often, Al had been working inside the lounge for the past few days, taking the couch as a temporary bed when it wasn't in use. He had several books scattered in front of him and a notepad with notes scribbled on them. Chewing on the top of the pencil he used, read a few more passages before writing some more.::

...She was really intelligent. She did a lot of important work for writing genetic programs. And she always knew just what to say to me when I had to ask her something.
