At long last, I have started my own live journal, thanks to my good friend Bethany. Thanks, Bethany! I doubt that I will use it very often - my busy schedule forbids wasting much time on the internet, but as this afternoon I have nothing pressing to do, I decided to write my very first entry.

My family and I just got back from a two week trip to three of the national parks - Glacier, the Grand Tetons, and Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone was colder than we thought it'd be - there was a little snow storm while we were there. We saw lots of neat wildlife - bison, elk, moose, mountain goats - even two coyotes. My mom lived in paranoia of bears after reading a book about grizzly attacks, however, so we didn't do much hiking for the last couple of days. It was a nice vacation, but I'm glad to be back home.

On this week's agenda - tennis camp in the mornings, practicing piano in preparation for a master class with pianist Susan Starr, and I have to finish up my Physics course (sigh). That's all I have to say for now...
