And. . .I guess I should make a real update, huh?
I've been busy with school. Yipes, so much to do! I have so many papers to write and things to photograph and students to observe and bisque to glaze that I'm gonna go nuts doing it all X_x. School is out in a few weeks, and then I am free for a month and a half. But I must find a holiday job. Merf (ROBBIE, I CAN'T BELIEVE I JUST WROTE THAT >.<). I'm not worried about making a huge amount of money, but I would like a little spare change to finance things I want to do next year. That's one of the reasons those costumes are up on eBay. Pretty soon I'll be putting some DVDs, manga, and other assorted anime trash up too.
I haven't had time to work on any artsy stuff, not even any costume work ;_;. I feel starved, so much that I have been doodling incessantly through classes. I want school to be out so I can sew and paint and draw and do all sorts of stuff I haven't been able to do since early October.
And I guess I should talk about the "big" news event of the past few weeks. . .although I'm really sick of talking about it. All the Vegas people already know, but I might as well tell the rest of you before Robbie tries to tell you a different version of the story ^_-.
Last Friday I was in my very first real car accident. But it wasn't in my old Ford Focus, oh no. It happened when I was driving my boyfriend's brand-new Saturn Ion 2, which is only 4 months old and has about 5000 miles on it.
I was driving down the right shoulder to make a right turn at the light. A Ford Focus (haha, how ironic X_x) that was originally heading the opposite way went into the left-turn median and turned straight into the front driver's corner of Robbie's car (in retrospect, if the car would have hit a split-second later, I might be really hurt right now. I guess we were lucky). I sat there blinking for a few seconds, then I slowly realized what happened. "I JUST FUCKED UP MY BOYFRIEND'S BRAND NEW CAR! OMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!!!11111one!!!!" was about the extent of my brain process for a few hours (and I am not exaggerating all the ones XD). The worst thing was that Robbie's car, while it didn't look it initially, is undriveable. The front axle is bent >.<.
It might seem I'm a little nonchalant writing about all this. Well, all's well that ends well, and so far it looks like it's going to end well. I wasn't ticketed (although technically I shouldn't have been driving in the right shoulder that long) but the other driver was. Their insurance should cover everything, thank goodness. And Robbie's insurance has rental reimbursement, so he is not vehicle-less ^^. Soon his car will be as good as new!
So that's my life story. I'm running on very little sleep and it's every woman's least favorite time of month, and my mind is not working very well at the moment. My mind is never working when I update this thing ^^.
