Attention Miko's and Moochers of hakurei Shrine!
*If you live at, or just passing through, the Hakurei Shrine, you may notice that Reimu is not sweeping, sipping tea, or checking her donations. She is busy putting up signs around the shrine. If you would look, the signs say:

Food, booths, music, and games.
All money goes to the upkeep of the shrine and it's Miko's
After Reimu has put up a few signs, so goes to talk to all the other versions of herself, and any other miko's or moochers, to have them help set up.
