I have one ARC that isn't even bound: it's just a copy of the typeset manuscript and sill has typos in it. So I'll definitely be getting my hands on the "real" book when it comes out!

The bigger publishers can afford to do ARCs, but I worked for a small publishing company for a while and they would wait for the book to be printed, then send out review copies to the papers etc., because there's a delay of about a month or so between getting the book printed and it turning up on the bookshop shelves. (Also fun because I could take free copies of any books I wanted!)

I don't get a huge number of ARC's but I am now receiving regular mailings from a couple of publishers and receiving the odd book from author's. Some good tips on how to get it organised.
I prioritise anything i've requested over anything else in the TBR pile but that's about as organised as I get so far.
