Many people deserve justice served against them. Not enough getting it. Sometimes the innocent get in the way.

That is what the school is trying to discover. Somebody here is rotting. Student just happened to catch scent and mistake it.

Depends. Must find out from student where he learned the spell. From there, the tracking can begin.
