Why pass an unfair judgment? There are sentences cannot be reversed.

That is immaterial. If you are so invested and society and justice as it would appear, then surely carrying out justice fairly and accurately would be preferable to punishing people needlessly.

Only punish those that deserve to be put down. Justice is served fairly. Opinions and judgments on others my own, whether they seem fair to people around me or not.
