Lydie's sister and friend are here!!!!
Yesterday I went to an open house at Hampshire College out in Amherst, MA.
I'm kind of mixed about it. It was an awesome school, as far as their philosophy goes and their policies. I really enjoyed to class I went to-the discussion-based course was so cool. The dorms were nice, and the campus was interesting, although the buildings reminded me of Minuteman Tech. They have GREAT study-abroad opportunities. All in all, it was very cool-but I have nothing to compare it to, so I really don't know.
Also, I don't know, I just couldn't really see myself there. Not because I wouldn't love it, but just because I can't see myself in college yet. Oh, well...let the visits begin!
In the meantime, I'm getting a lot of scrapping done, and it's making me wish I kept up the journal more...so I shall try. We'll see.
Lydie, Lynn, Caroline, Caroline, Sam and I are going in to Cambridge tonight!!! yay!!!!
