not your average worker bee.
i am so pleased at my day. i got up at 7:15(for those of you who know me, you know this NEVER happens!) was on my way to the social security office by 8, got there at 8:25(they open at 8:30) was done by 9 and on my way to the DMV, spent only an hour there--40 waiting to get INTO the dmv, then just 20 to get new license with new name! after that went to BOA to change my name, went to the library--paid late fees and got 9 new books, paid rent, went and got my business license, mailed a package, walked the dog and came to work. AND i got to work early!
hurrah!!!
did i mention i am not OFFICIALLY a small business owner?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! i traipsed all over city hall, and left with my official certificate and the biggest smile on my face. it may not be much, this little jewelry venture, but now it is officially mine!

and now rodrick is on vacay, so i work alone, but i'm actually looking fwd to it because i can get some reading done, and just relax.
