i had a fab-u-lous time at becky and dave's supper extravaganza-thank you everyone for the awesome food!!!! it was the most well planned event--good job liz!!(can you tell i don't remember how to insert LJ usernames?) as a sidenote, dave was very impressed by the lasagna---said he never had a vegetarian lasagna that good before! i would love to host the next one!!
this morning 17 figs were picked!!! there are a few that need to wait until this evening, provided the evil tauntin squirrels don't ge them! damn thenm and their squirrely figstealing paws!
i,robot. we saw it. it was "ok" by that i mean i was sometimes confused by the story, but overall, it was good for a cheesy action movie. the only think i did not like was it was set in 2035, only 31 yrs away, and i know our world is not going to turn to robots and hovercars by then, and i couldn't get my head around that. but will smith did drive an awfully nice audi!! i give it a B and recommend it for a matinee.
do you know when it's raining princess dixie will NOT go out? apparently she doesn't want to get her paws wet. my dog is such a princess.
now off to visit nikki!! did i mention how they operated on her knee for no reason???? it's maddness!!!! but i have a big PPG coloring AND ACTIVITY book for her, perhaps that will make it better?
