things have been going really well here. work has been crazy. i've really had to hit the ground running but i guess i wouldn't have it any other way. cody and i are officially unpacked and settled. it feels so good to just be able to go home and not worry about unpacking. cody's back from tx and looking for work. yesterday he met with a guy on the southwedge (our new neighborhood) planning committee. he's interested in starting a sculpture center and is researching into grants and such. it would be a lot like buffalo art studios. artist space, classes, gallery shows and such. apparently the guy he met with was really excited about the concept and feels that its very doable. i'm keeping my fingers crossed. i think it would be a great opportunity for cody. everything else is pretty chill. my dad's doing really good. i'm so relieved on multiple levels. we're moved, my dad's healthy and work is good. X)
