We've been warned...layoffs are a comin'.  Should see some empty desks at the end of the month - been happening every quarter, but we sorta thought they might be on an even keel last time 'round.  Not the case, and more are on the horizon.  I'd volunteer, but thought not to be stupid.  My number will not be on the list - I'm cheap hard labor these days...why give me the boot when there are those making big dough and doing so little?  I'm pretty invisible and feel pretty safe.

Besides, I'm prepared and will be leaving on my own volition soon enough!
