carrot muffin
i made a sheet of carrot 'muffin' . it was soooo freaking delicious. i'm finishing the last of it now. so tasty, and nutricious. everytime i take a bite i'm amazed that i made something so fluffy, moist and tasty from such healthy ingredients. wierd.
