This is Baba_O_Reptile (one of GenKitty's spice ;) posting for GenKitty in the hospital, reporting from bedside:
Finally updating, because hospital wireless was troublesome.
Kitty is out of surgery, very tired, and in a fair amount of pain at the surgical site itself, but otherwise lucid, and basic bodily functions seems to be ok. Will post updates as recovery continues.
