2013-005: lakwatsa trip!
told myself i should go out more often and it seems like the first half of the year's turning out to be conducive to fulfilling such promise. :)
January i tagged along w/ my aunt, uncle, & cousins to Batangas (Canyon Cove) we just stayed like 2-3 hours but that counts, doesn't it? :P
going to Baguio this February weekend with a former co-worker who i've kept in touch with. she's my booksale, movie, and food trip buddy, lol.
i'm a bit excited: i've only visited twice (yeah even if it's just 7 hours away and i've been existing for almost 240 000 hours in my life) - the first time i was too young to go out on my own, and the last time i went there my mom and i only stayed for 2 hours (the bus ride to and fro was longer than the time we stayed) looking for my runaway sister. i've got a list of places i'd want to visit and since my friend's lived there straight from college up until she decided to move to Manila, i'm counting on her to show me around. ^_^
February there's also this high chance i might visit my beloved eLBi again and i might also go Sta Rosa Laguna, A.K.A Enchanted Kingdom with colleagues from work (b/c i messed up the plan to go Star City last month) /crossing my fingers/
(almost forgot that my sis is also shipping me off to Zamboanga b/c suddenly she can't, but i guess she might just let her plane tickets go b/c i don't think i have enough vacation leaves left)
March or April i'll be visiting my college buddy over at Nueva Ecija. lol i'm excited too b/c we're gonna celebrate her passing JLPT N4 (w/ straight As!) and i haven't been to NE, and i miss her.
i haven't decided what to do for April and May yet, but i really should get started on my reading materials from 2 semesters ago, so i can get this teaching certification program over and done with starting this June. plus driving lessons, perhaps. or maybe short trips, like Pampanga (to visit a college roommate and her cute kids) or Subic or Bataan, idk, we'll see.
For June my sister's booked the fambam to Puerto Princesa (idk what she's thinking, as it's supposed to be rainy season then, and our two youngest would have just started the school year and she's already gonna make them skip class lol)
for July onwards, i haven't got a clue. yet.
but i'm still aiming for Batanes, a PNR Trip to Bicol, and somewhere overseas at least twice this year. so help me God! :3
