(no subject)
I am an idiot. I was reading a post from umbrellaofdoom and she mentioned there were auditions for A Midsummer Night's Dream going on soon. My first thought was I'd love to do that (it's my favourite Shakespeare play), but it'd be stupid and pointless for me to audition, particularly with them being just a few days away and my having no talent whatsoever. So I made myself a cup of tea and found myself wondering if I could memorise one of Malvolio's monologues from Twelfth Night in time. And then I found myself sending an e-mail, which got a reply almost immediately. 1:00pm on Saturday. IDIOT.
Got a lot done tonight otherwise. Emailed my pay form to my company, made yet another blog post and put the ball in motion to get a haircut. I'm going to try to go back to Sin Den again, but, while they treated me very well, they require a full name to make an appointment and I chicken out most days. And then I get angry at/embarrassed with my hair and cut it myself. It's really just a downward spiral from there.
