Aww darn. I wanted to be Spiderman :p

No 120 lec class this morning and I only found out once I got there. Gaaahh. Fell asleep while doing my Jap homework during the break. The IB instituted a "No ID, No Entry" rule after someone's laptop was stolen last week.

I broke my rimless glasses during lab class. Waaaahhh. I only remembered I put them in my labgown's pocket when I heard the crack after leaning across a desk. Waaahh. Good thing I had an extra pair in my bag.

Tried practicing my (limited) Japanese with Megane Bishounen. We were limited to introductions and the usual Daijoubu desu ka as those were the phrases he learned from anime :p He asked me an interesting question afterwards: why was he always the target of rumors regarding his lovelife? It seems his female batchmates have made teasing him a hobby of sorts. I told him it was because people didn't really know anything about it so they speculate. His aura of aloofness discourages people from getting to know him. Rian then said that "darating din balang araw ang babaeng makakakumpleto kay [MB]". I know someone who'd like to apply XD *coughluckychancough* :p

Awesome factoid I learned today: MB knows 5 languages! He speaks Mandarin, Fookien, English, Cebuano, and Tagalog. Waaaw. He learned Mandarin and English in school, speaks to his parents in Fookien, speaks Cebuano because he's from Cebu *duh*, and learned Tagalog once he started studying in UP. Waaaw. Cool.

Went to Fully Booked to buy Star Wars Legacy of the Force: Bloodlines (book 2 in the series) with yesterday's birthday moola. It was more expensive than I thought it would be :( I'm now obligated to review it for SWP's website :p I haven't read Betrayal (book 1) - the hardcover in National Glorietta got sold before I could finish reading it - and I wonder if that would affect my review.
