It was my lola's 75th birthday yesterday (I say yesterday dahil 12:30 am na). It was a whole day affair from Mass in Hillsborough to breakfast, then lunch, then dinner. Todo na to! Only Mom went to the morning stuff though. Bought the corrective lenses for my diving mask before going to Tita Coy's for lunch. Also signed up with Scuba World's list of people to notify if they're planning any outings. One of the reasons why I haven't gone diving since last year is that I have no one to go with.
Lunch at Tita Coy's. Very long. Good thing I brought my laptop.
Dinner at Tita Coy's. Played Taboo until it was time to go home. What's funny is that we lost by only 6 points (77-71) considering it was me, Rob, Jay, Ginny, and Tita Susie on one team and Manang Ann, BM, Aja, Fran, and Mikey on another. The fact that we think alike was evident in the clues we gave each other:
shadow = hedgehog with guns
worm = Scotty2Hotty's move
zebra = the animal in that lame joke you told me about the tourist and the...
ditto = a pink Pokemon
kilt = something Roddy Piper wears
blizzard = Skitty's ice attack
Bill Clinton = guy in America who's in charge of something
Shaquille O'Neal = black guy who plays that sport where you dribble the orange ball
turnover = Timmy Turner minus the last part + the opposite of under
bologna = that weird meat food that I didn't know before
diesel = what the Crosswind uses
payday = Meowth skill
lip-sync = the Ashlee Simpson scandal because she did this while in SNL
