I feel like I need to be more honest with everyone. Students, you need new hobbies besides getting detention. Fellow teachers, we need to make some hobbies for the students. Like knitting baby clothes.

Two things: One, detention is a hobby. Two, isn't telling kids to knit baby clothes kind of like telling them to have kids first?

It is not a hobby, and other people have children. Not just students who aren't using protection.
