Dear Self,
Stop obsessively checking blogs and other networking websites. You didn't struggle with this problem before, so why are you searching for mindless entertainment now?
Stop sleeping for over 12 hours a night. It's ridiculous.
Stop feeling unmotivated with regards to revision. You have only three weeks of this left, and then you can be as unproductive as you want for a third of a year.
Stop watching films online. It's not only illegal, but I thought you had a conscientious objection to how passive watching films is?
Failing first year is a very real possibility at the rate you're going. The line between a first quartile med student and a borderline one is about 10 MCQs, give or take. If you have to repeat Year 1, you will never live it down.
Have you seen how much work you must cover? It's not going to enter that skull of yours without a hefty dose of determination. Focus focus focus.
Don't you want to be a doctor? You like it, come on. You like learning. You find this all fascinating, deep down inside.
22 days, just 22 days. It's a sprint towards the finish line.
