Basic Rules

This is a rules post so that when a challenge is posted, you can quickly refer to this page, unless you want to pull up the specific challenge.

Rules:

1. Use the provided pictures/captures, unless otherwise stated.
2. You can enter 5 icons per type of challenge. There will be 2 types of challenges in each challenge post. Challenge A will be related to the general theme. Challenge B will be of one of the actors from Generation Kill. So for every post, there can be a maximum of 10 icons entered per person.
3. All icons must meet standard LJ size requirements (jpg, png or gif, all under 40kb and 100x100)
4. NO ANIMATION. That's the main point in stillness. Animated icons will be disqualified
5. You can use text, brushes, effects, etc., unless otherwise specified.
6. Vote for your top 3 entries in the voting post, when it is supplied. Also vote in special categories.
7. Do not vote for yourself or ask anyone else to vote for you.
8. Do not post your icons anywhere else until the voting has closed and winners have been announced.
9. Submitted icons must remain anonymous until winners are announced.

When Submitting

• All entries must be in a reply to the original challenge post, not to a reminder post.
• Please provide both the image and a link to the image when you submit an entry.
