Moving, Moving.

Okay, this is the last time I'm changing jobs till I've got my own show. I've got half a show with this gig, ad I'm geeked in a way that I've not been geeked in a LONG time. What's different about this line of work is that I'm going to have command, control, and an environment to test my theories. It's my show in a way that nothing's been my show since Real Estate. And even that--I was not in control, I didn't like it, it was because I signed that accursed non compete...clause...

I'll know if I can recruit, train, produce, and there won't be a drop off in my production--or if I'm full of myself. I know that I'm full of crap.

That's liberating, what I create will be my creation, and there's nothing like it. I mean, I've had this in the works for a year, and many permutations, and many different changes, and this time it is so exciting. I've got equity, I've got lucidity, and I know what I'm going into with my eyes open, and I'm really enthusiastic about this.

Best case: I make 180k in personal fee by the end of the year (low goal = 100k). That's 30k a month (high) or 16.66k fee low. I get a little over 70% of that, the way it works out after expenses/taxes... that means that I get from 126k-70k personally. (In reverse). If I can get to 50k a month--and I believe I can--that is the ultimate prize.

Then I have 5 Los and I think that realistically, I can get 5 by the end of July. That is 5 months--august-sept...for THEM to produce. If I can get THEM to average 15k/per, that's 75k, and I get roughly 10% of their cut. 7500 X 5 is another 37500 for me, and I'd be okay with 20,000. This means that I'd make between 90k up to 160k by the end of the year. I can live with that--it's in the ballpark of where I've been...added to the paltry (for me) income that I'v made this year, and I'll be able to scratch at 200k.

Then in January, we gotta decide if we keep the party going, if I buy in, if I'm bought out, if I decide to do my very own show...
