So, update on the the funeral front: Will be travelling back to FL on Wednesday, spend weekend crying with family, travel back to UK on Monday --> school as regular. I am such a cold and unfeeling bitch.
Spoke to my professors about the situation. No problem getting extensions and leave. Compassionate leave very easy to get. Sick leave requires medical forms XD

I'm still at this weird point; sad and everything. I have cried but...am I repressing? I still don't know.
But anyway, because the ability to think about serious things (like school, the actual funeral, my feelings, how to relate to the rest of my family etc) has left me, I wrote something at like 3:00 am this morning for guardian_kysra's response to the time meme. She asked for one year after Despite What You Might Think and I came up with this:
