Okay, so I'm addicted to pampering...
I can't get the spa out of my head. I had such a wonderful time that I'm already planning my next spa trip. I found some good airfare to Las Vegas and I was thinking to myself, "Could I go?" Then I remembered my debt to my VISA card and was like, "Oh yeah, I can't afford this!" SOBS!
Jess and I had a wonderful time in Atlantic City. The hotel was very new and very nice, the spa wasn't as big as the Qua Spa, but it was very VERY nice. I had an express massage the first day, and loved it so much that I signed up for the hot stone massage the next day which was AWESOME. I found the key to a good massage - get a male therapist. Their hands are bigger and stronger and just make for a better experience. Heee...
I also had a pedicure which was great, my first one ever to, I was really shy about it, my feet being so ugly but the girl was really nice and just took care of me, it's been over two weeks and my toes still look good, the paint's hardly chipped at all.
We also had fun gambling (I came out even as usual), eating, the steak house at Harrah's is very good, and shopping! We went to the shops at the Pier at Ceasars and found out that Lush was having this awesome sale! I went to purchase a bar of soap and a bottle of body wash, which with Lush prices was all I could afford and the shop girl was like, "Oh by the way, body washes are buy one get one free, soaps, bath bombs and bubble baths are buy one get two free."
Jess and I were like, "WHAT?!!" I ended up getting a whole bag of stuff, that cost me around fourty bucks but would have normally cost me from sixty to eighty bucks. It was so much fun!
Jess and I are going to go back in early summer when the new spa at Ceasar's will be opening. I can't wait! *sighs*
