Worked out some of the details of my internship for next semester, which is fantastic. I'm looking forward to my schedule next semester, actually, which is great for the first time in like I'm not quite sure how long. My schedule has always turned out so crazy for some reason since I've started interning, and even before when I was just plain working too much. You could say I'm still working too much, but at least my days will have breaks now and not just be gogogogogo.
I especially like that part of my internship just involves throwing papers around. Literally taking them out of file folders and chucking them on the ground. Then putting them in the trash/recycling.
It's nice to be kind of set for next semester so I stop only have two topics to talk to people about: a) classes for next semester b) law school stuff. I feel like a real person again.
Unfortunately, final projects are fast approaching, which will be stressful. Three final things for Intro to Marketing, one for my Journalism class, plus my internship paper and IAPC. At least people are getting back to the city now and it's easier to do work when there's good company around. It works that way for me, anyway.
Speaking of good company - I need to do more hanging out with people soon. I know my schedule doesn't allow for a lot of that sometimes, but it's important.
