adventures in Boston

So, yesterday Youth Pride Boston was grand. I ran into Bobbie and her friend Kim and ended up going around with them all day having adventures. I bought my first umbrella... meaning one that my parents didn't buy for me or something. It took me going back to Boston to buy one... I didn't have one all year in NYC. Heh. Anyways, the rain didn't stop the queers from being queer, and I met up with Brendon and Darren later and met Brendon's boyfriend. Also I took the wrong southbound train home, but that's okay I guess 'cause I figured it out, along with some other lost queers so it was grand.

I slept for a pretty long period of time.. I think I've decided that my mattress is a little bit softer than I'd like. That, coupled with the perpetual overcast of Rhode Island, and I can never tell what time of day it is so I don't feel terribly compelled to get up. Therefore I sleep too much, probably.

I can't wait to start testosterone, because supposedly one of its effects has been a reported need for less sleep. Yessss. Energyyy.

Um anyways. Still don't know about job stuff. I'll be finding out the end of this week or something. I was hoping to start working before then, but I guess that's not exactly possible unless I want to apply for other jobs. Argh.

I miss walking around NYC incredibly. It's something sort of unexpected that I didn't even think of to miss, but I'm glad I got to walk around Boston a lot yesterday (even though the weather was crappy). I got to satisfy my need to get out of my house for a bit, haha.

Well it's Mother's Day and I need to call my mom.
