I do not believe it is. It is simply politics as usual. Done by Democrats and Republicans alike. It is part of the game and is accepted as such. It is a waste of time and comes off as petty to dwell on trying to make more of it then it is. Just saying.

I understand, but once again if Sestak is telling the truth it is a crime (as even Axelrod is acknowledging), whether it is done by republicans or democrats. Should be prosecuted as such.

Again I do not think so. It would not be a crime to say to to someone, "If you decide on your own it is in the best interest of the Party to not seek the nomination of the Senate Seat in the upcoming primary the Administration will see to it that you have an alternate job as "w/e".

I see what you are saying. With wording it may be difficult to pin the intent but I think it is nonetheless possible.
