Twenty Years ago today
The Soviet Union taught the world a lesson. One that will leave a mark on this world for tens of thousands of years. One we had to learn at some point, but did not want to learn.
20 years ago, on this date, the #4 reactor at Chernobyl melted down, killing and poisoning people for miles around and years to come.
