I'm wiped today. I stayed up too late last night and then had to get up early to head to Burbank. I left around 6:30 am (!) and got gas and headed down and traffic was horrendous. It has never taken me so long to get down there, and I've gone during rush hour plenty of times. Traffic gives me such road rage. The two places I swear: the bowling alley and in the car if I'm in traffic.

I was supposed to meet copperboom and serrahlove and her hubby for the 8:30 tour. I was still trapped on the freeway when that time came. I barely made it there for the 9am tour. I literally ran from the parking lot to the building so I could get my ticket and get in, lol. It looked like it was just going to be the 4 of us on the tour which was thrilling. Plus we got the famous Dean. We started watching the WB movie and this couple snuck in during it so we weren't all alone. Bummer. But it was still a pretty good tour. I was glad to finally be on one of Dean's tours. Everyone else has had him for tours and he's on the website and just always seems like a good guide.

We headed out and did the Hennessey street area and whatnot. They were setting up stuff for Cold Case. We'd seen that same diner over by the ER set one time. They just randomly move to different areas, lol.

Went through the jungle where they were taking down hurricane remnants for an ep of...Without a Trace? Hmm. I can't remember what show now. One of the dramas that film on the lot. So specific, I know. Cruised through Warner Village and back around to Stars Hollow.

We parked over by the gazebo and walked all around. It was great. We peaked into the Soda Shoppe. Found Taylor's dirty-ish magazine sitting outside on one of the tables ;). Went through Miss Patty's where I practiced running meetings for when I blackmail Taylor with the picture of the magazine and take over his job.

The bar, Red Man's Shoe, is emptied out, but it was still fun to go in there again. Haven't been there in a long time.

When we walked back by the high school copperboom did good and asked about Luke's apartment. So we went in there and I finally got a picture on his bed like I've been wanting since the first time I went in there. Also, there are cute SP pics that they have on his endtable. I love them.

you didn't see nothin'!

The usual routes to the front lot were all blocked by the CW Launch Party stuff being cleaned up. I wanted to see all the green. Crazy amount of stuff. Giant CW logo? Sure, they've got one. That would've been a fun party to sneak into.

Went to the car thing and Central Perk where I took absolutely no new pictures. Went in the prop building and got to take pictures there which I'd never done before. Fun. Very expensive Tiffany chandelier (omg, I spelled it right on my first try) and huge crystal lamps.

We went to stage 14 (details in the spoiler section) and then to the museum. When we were walking back to the cart from the soundstage a car passed and I looked at the driver, but it didn't recognize her until Dean said something. It was Keiko Agena. So there was our sighting for the tour. Heh. We were just standing around talking to Dean about shows and the lot and different things while in the museum. While we were driving back to the lot he told us the story of how he met George Clooney. He ran over George's basketball with his tour cart and killed it. In his first week of working as a guide. Apparently George always mentions the story when he sees Dean and the head of the prop department called him BK (basketball killer) for a long time. Copperboom and I were cracking up during the whole story. Heh.

So, spoilery stuff: [[First, there were things on hold for the show in the prop building. Weird things. I don't know what they were for, but there are pics here: 1 2 3 4

We went into the Yale stage. The newsroom wasn't set up at all. Where they used to have the cotillion room they now have Christopher's bedroom (gag!). I was making faces the whole time. There was no furniture, just a table with a giant fish bowl, complete with a live fish, and some boxes of paper and random decorations. The walls were burgundy, I guess. With a pattern in them. Green-ish curtains and I want to say they were floral, but I don't remember. There was some kind of pattern/design on them. Pretty fireplace in there at least. Anyway. Ew.

We saw Logan's apartment. Nothing really different in there. There was a random mannequin wearing pink and with a pair of ballet slippers hanging around her neck. Very random and probably wasn't even supposed to be there, but it made me giggle. I think copperboom noticed that there was a new couch in the tv area.

Then we got to go see a new set that no one has seen yet. There's a hallway with different names on the doors and a door to a bathroom. And then at the end of the hall is Olivia and Lucy's room. A big common room and then their two bedrooms. All very nice. Lots of stuff. There were art projects all over the common room. The head of a horse made out of cans. Other arty things made of random objects. My favorites were two mobiles made of rulers hanging from clips. I don't know why. Just thought it was cool. So Rory definitely goes over there in episode 7.06. I think they filmed it yesterday. ]] ETA: If you're one of those people who can't highlight anything, I posted all of this in a comment here so you can see it. All pics are here. Only just over 100 this time. Progress!

We were looking at the GG stuff in the shop after the tour. They have a new watch. It's pink and pretty and I want it. But I didn't get it this time 'cause I'm already broke and don't really need it. But I think I'll have to get it eventually. I did, however, buy the season 6 DVDs. And I don't know why! I don't want them. I'm not going to watch them. But I just have to have everything apparently. And I suppose my grandma will want to watch them since she's finished season 5 now. But meh. The girl at the register asked if it was a good season and I straight out told her no, lol. There was a guy back there too and he was almost laughing as I went on about how the show is still awesome, but we hate what they did this last year. Anyway. I should've gotten the watch and left the DVDs. :P

ETA: Having such html issues tonight, lol.

ETA2: Pictures of the DVD set. For anyone who doesn't have them yet or maybe isn't going to get them at all.
