at eight in the morning, i'm slinking off to bed. going to wrap myself back up in a silky sleeping bag, throw a down comforter over that. maybe i'll read some murakami first, but eventually, i'll bury my face into my cool, firm mattress, put the squishy pillow over my head with just the right space to breathe, and go back to sleep with my hands

what marukami are you reading, i have been trying to get into wild sheep chase but time is being sucked away by children, just like my soul...

i love wild sheep chase; i think that was the first murakami book i ever read. right now i'm rereading hard-boiled wonderland and the end of the world. it's been about four years since i read it.

don't let them suck away your soul! damn the man! save the empire!!
