So hey, you know how it takes three people to get any new buildings around here? --Well, not HERE, in Nova City, in Genessia. Three votes for buildings over there. What if we just made a list of things we want to see and then have a mass vote of approval? I can think of five things that would be useful.
[He holds up a handwritten list.]
1. A secret crime-fighting base. I'd be in charge, of course. I've got experience with this sort of thing.
2. A library Whoops, I guess we already have one! A pizzaria then.
3. A really fancy restaurant.
4. A homeless shelter I guess.
5. A gym. I don't need one, but some of you guys do!
