Cordy's glow was better then any machine gun. Sure, her glow made the demons kinda weak and almost penetant or somethin' which made my machine gun and Wes', twenty feet to my right, all the more effective. But, come on, now, it was so much easier to kill these demons with our guns and for Illyria, Spike and Angel with their swords, because of Cordy ( Read more... )

The last glow took a lot out of me, but it worked in our favor. After all I've been through, you think I could, at least, have unlimited energy for my powers. This is a major drawback. Poor Cordy, her powers are draining her. Ugh! Great, now I'm angry.

I liked that plan, although with the arrival of the Hummer's, came an even easier massacre for us. Even Cordelia could fight at this point. I started snapping necks as they were already glow paralyzed and now, they were turning around to see their friends being massacred.

Cordelia assured me that she was okay, and very soon, we all would be. This was easy.

"He's running out of ammo. We need to make sure he has some kind of a back up weapon."

Gunn had stopped firing, as had Wesley. There were as many heroes among us as there were murderous demons.

Plugged a demon and still had ammo, when I realized that no longa did I have to shoot the demons down.

Cordy thanked me and Angel, along with Spike and Illyria kept breakin' necks. It was great. I looked ova at Wesley and he had stopped the rapid-fire just like I had.

Two people were plowin' over demons in Humvies and I couldn't help but wonder why we hadn't thought to do that?

"Lindsey killed Lorne. He's over there. Finn's up on the roof killing demons. Faith is fighting with Connor, who I told to stay out of here, Giles is here, too close to Lindsey and Buffy is fighting with somebody..."

Angel started chargin' towards Lindsey, although it could have been Buffy knowin' the two of them and their pasts. There were still demons back there, and it might not have been the best move. I raised my machine gun again, seein' that Angel was about to get attacked.

I smiled. "I really hope not. I can't afford to ruin another outfit." Angel looked at me. We noticed that Gunn and Wes stopped shooting. I knew Gunn was running out of ammo. That worried me. Then, we saw two hummers running demons over.

"What the hell? Looks like some more people are on our side. Come on, you can't say you don't appreciate the help?" I looked over at Angel. All he did was stare. "Do you know who they are?" He knew who they were, alright. Angel didn't seem to happy. Then, he turned his attention to someone else. "Lindsey." I was surprised to see him.
