He's been missing since the final battle with Pasdar a year ago. Is this where he's been the whole time? With this King J-Der?

What were those things anyway? I didn't really sense them like I would have if they were Zonders, but they mentioned Pasder, so does that mean they are?
They were so much more powerful than any of the Zondars except Pasder. I really don't like this at all.
