Yes, um, I was asked to deliver these to you on behalf of someone I live with.

( she'll hand over both addressed letters, even though they are both the same. giving the woman a chance to read, before addressing her once more. )

Ah, if there's anything you would like for me to pass on; be a question or you're disinterest in attending. Just tell me, and I'll inform him.

[She reads over the letter with interest, eyebrows raised.]

You can tell him I'll be there! I'm sure Ken will, too, but you'll probably want to hear it from him yourself... He should be home, if you want to come inside for a moment! There's tea on the stove. And cookies~

( she might blink at the offer. well, she has been working all day to get these out, and as a citizen of england (clone of not) she can't say no to tea. )

Nice to meet you, Elizabeth~ [She steps aside and holds the door open for the other girl.] I'm -- well, you already know who I am! Miakis of the Queen's Knights of Falena, at your service~!

( she steps in with a smile, looking around quietly. )

Well, just your name but its nice to meet you. A-ah, a Queen's Knight of Falena. ( pause. ) I don't believe I've heard of that...

[Miakis grins and gestures for Elizabeth to sit before ducking into the kitchen to retrieve a tray of cookies and a teapot. She looks a little awkward as she does so, as it's usually her 'husband' who does all this -- but she manages not to drop anything!]

Yeah, no one around here has. No one else from my home is here, so... well, I guess that's a good thing, isn't it!

What kinda place are you from?

( and she'll sit, continuing to silently look around curiously. )

I'm from this world, well not this world exactly. But it's the same, being from Earth and all; I'm sort of different from most though and that I'm from a school called St. Kleio Academy, I've been there my whole life. So, I guess it's like home in a way because my friends are there.

[sting_like_a]

[tralala pouring out tea, offers a cup to Elizabeth!]

Yeah? A lot of people are from worlds like this one... mine's really different, though! We don't have all these weird machines, like the telly-phones and the tee-vees. It's still a lot to get used to, sometimes... but pretty interesting, at the same time!

Thank you. ( she'll blow on the tea a bit before taking a sip, smiling from behind her cup. )

I'm from way, far in the future compared to this timeline. Are technology is pretty advanced in my time, so this stuff is quite outdated compared to what I'm used to. But, ah, it's almost a little fun. After all, I never learned how to cook, or go shopping at the academy.

I never learned those things, either~ I've always had more important things to do... And living in the Sun Palace, there was always someone to do those things for us. [She grins before taking a sip from her own cup.] I guess I'm a little spoiled!

It was basically the same for us. That and we were never allowed outside, or well to leave the campus grounds so there was no need for us to learn them I suppose. ( sigh. ) Guess being better than our originals, doesn't include knowing how to do the little things.

That sounds awful... That school of yours must have been really strict, wow.

[A beat.] Originals?

I suppose? But it's all we've known.

Mm, our originals are the people we were cloned from.
