Oh, it's that time again. It's almost fall and you know what that means...
Preseason football!
Oh, I can't describe my excitement in words. I've even watched baseball recently to tide myself over. Hell, I even watched a little arena football (don't tell anyone). My desperation knew no bounds.
But now... there's more football! More strategic battles of wit, speed and power. More shouting, drinking, excitement, suspense and drinking!
I'm not saying that I'm particularly thrilled with Orton and Grossman starting our next couple of games, or the release of one of our best players last year, but I'm a Chicago sports fan. I stick to my team, through thick or thin-- regardless of how thin it gets.
I'll admit that I'm a crazy Bears fan... but at least I'm not a die hard Cubs fan.
