Let's say two people get together, accidents happen, and a the woman becomes pregnant. Now, once this child is born both parents are legally responsible. If they are unable to share the responsibility the more able bodied parent (ideally, but its usually the woman) gets custody but the other parent is still financially responsible ( Read more... )

That is a tough question to answer.

In my experience I would be slightly offended if I told a girl that I got pregnant that I wanted her to keep the baby and she didn't care and had an abortion anyways. I'd also realize, there's not much I can do, since I don't have to carry and nurse the baby, so it's kinda out of my hands.

well apparently it was circulating, for some reason unbeknowst to me, that Amber and I had a pregnancy scare. Thought I would clarify what I was saying.
