Lupus
So I'm about to start my period, which always means a flare... I was hoping it wouldn't be that bad but the last few days all my joints have been acting up and I've been having lots of eye trouble and my lymph nodes started swelling and becoming really painful. Then yesterday my pleurisy started acting up and it was hard to breathe and I could feel my lungs swelling as well as sharp pains around my heart area, when I got to the emergency room the stupid nurse people asked me where I got my nail polish where they could buy my eyeshadow and asking me about my tattoos btw I was in tears already, when the nurse took my vitals and found out I needed blood work she said it could wait because she wanted to go home. When the male nurse asked me to describe my pains I told him it hurt really bad in the back of my lungs, he types the front and when I corrected him he ignored me. Then when I told him my medical history and all my medications he got all pissy because I'm taking more than one medication. Then he tells me I'm probably going to get a chest xray...even though I can't breathe well and I know my lungs are swollen bad. I ended up walking out and I will deal with this till tomorrow and try to see my real doctor... Until then I will continue feeling like I'm being stabbed in my lungs and heart.
