Costume and Cosplay Intersection at Terminus

I just wanted to touch base with everyone and let you know that I have talked to the restaurant again and they have a large section of tables reserved for us. I said we'd be about 15 as far as I can tell based on rsvps but that there could be an influx of people or we could dwindle depending on people's availability.
I will be participating in a panel just before hand so I may be a few minutes late... I'll hightail it out of there, but I know it'll take around 10 minutes to walk to (about 6 blks north, 2 blks west). If anyone would like to step up to be a sort of Deputy and arrive at 5 to greet people and get the tables set up, please let me know. I plan to have some introduction cards with questions for each person to talk about.
If you haven't looked at the Berghoff's website, http://www.berghoff.com/, you might want to. It'll give you an idea of just how perfect it is to take pictures in--very beautiful wood work, stained glass windows and such.
