(no subject)
Good Morning All!
I made it back to MN safe and sound for the most part. A bit of a delay getting out of Detroit due to some of our flight crew getting in late from another flight. Momma was waiting for me downstairs in the baggage claim. We headed back home to be greated by the very zealous and loud Hannah, who misses my dad since he's out of town for a race. She inspected me, maybe deciding we'd met before and then went to go meow at the top of her lungs for an hour or so. Momma is still asleep, but I'm up and about searching for food. I'm headed over to Alea's here in a few minutes so we can go running together and then we're going to go shopping to find something nice to wear for Lisa and Jayson's wedding. I need to get a wedding present too for them. Haven't quite decided what I want to get them. The wedding is at 4pm today so we have the day to bum around. Then tomorrow I think I'll be going over to Grandma's to have breakfast with her, hang out, and then go over to her old house with Alea to see what they've done so far. They bought it from my dad and uncle and are fixing it up to flip, hopefully make a good profit on it. Lots of work, but it should be worth it. The property all around the place is designated the urban uplift area since its next to the Lightrail - condos being built, little shops, etc.
In all other news, things are well :)
Got to prepare next week for the Harry Huddle - we're going to Yankee park to play us some mean quidditch, oh yes. I'm excited!
Really REALLY need to get fabric and start my Rita costumes for Lumos, I have been lazy. That is my TODO for the rest of the month.
Got another wedding up here the weekend of the 24th - in Duluth MN, found cheap tickets to come back. Going to use up a pass day to cover the Friday and the weekend. But it'll be worth it - get to see all my friends from high school. Just... a lot of traveling for this month, gah. But I enjoy flying so it's not bad. And I get to see my family, which means a lot to me.
Anyway! I'm going to go get dressed and head over to my sister's. Hope all is well for everyone on my flist, talk to you all soon.
