I don't think general answers are going to be very helpful if you are asking for the sake of "circumstances."

Besides, these kinds of things can't really be explained with words. Love is...it's something you know. You might need a nudge, sometimes, to realize it, but there's always a part of you that will know. Trust is like that, too. They're.... [She pauses with a little "hmm."] It's not like I couldn't describe them, but anything I say is something you'll probably already know.

[She grins slightly and sounds a little amused.] Especially dating. With the way you talk, I'm sure you know what dating is.

[She makes an amused "heheh" sort of sound.] Well, maybe you are, but if you're just telling me what I want to hear, that's not very easy to trust. You can't gain trust by acting, right? You have to be your honest self, and trust will come from there.

[She grins a little.] If you deserve it. [Which is entirely in a teasing tone, because, well, she hasn't encountered enough of his nonflirty moments to think he's anything more than he appears to be.]
