Another monthly, or more accurately whenever update!

Well i have returned to the home county of essex, well not so much home as scary townie land from hell. The land where school run jeeps are hip, and ploughing down the motorway in your smart car is cool. God save this gracious county.

Currently staying at my dad's until tuesday so i can at least get some work done, its a slow process trying to get remotely anywhere to understanding this years modules. Its all interesting thankfully though, just i have to restrain the urge to work out how everything works as i don't have the time! I also need to do other things.

Other things of course include my Iron Kingdoms campaign, well not mine, its mine and Simon's! Slowly getting some ideas of what to do the campaign, with lots of sub quests, sub-plots and over-arching story lines. The Players guide to the world has insane amounts of background and little tweaks to the D&D system. The classes and races make a lot more sense, the religion system is less clustered without a zillion gods of just about anything, there is about 8 or so gods in total and 1 demi-god. Has loads of background on all the gods and religions, and all the conflicts between them! It allows for so much depth in a campaign, that i dread when the campaign book comes out!!! Need to spend some time with simon plotting and scheming, hmmmm tempting to create an LJ community for the campaign or a website to put all of the campaign details on.... i feel some plotting coming on.

Still need to buy all of my christmas presents and cards, going to do that all tomorrow with one big trip down to southend! Hopefully get everything i need. Just got to think of what to get Jen, i have a cunning plan! so cunning, its horribly flawed... Oh yeah thats the other news, i have a girlfriend now, called Jen, she is very nice! Seems to be as mad as me, always a good thing, however i am being told off for buying her too many sweets, i mean you have to fatten them up for christmas!

Well better get on with something, either reading or some more exciting revision! busy day planned for tomorrow, unsure as to where all my time goes!
